Acting as the key point of contact for the client, the successful candidate will form the central bedrock of every assignment we undertake, coordinating the work of the entire team in order to achieve the goals set by the client – however complex.
The day-to-day workload will include mapping out project schedules, validating key dates and ensuring the delivery of objectives – including financial planning and budget management – within the prescribed timescales and milestones
Our new colleague will be responsible for all client dialogue – including weekly meetings – while also sourcing and coordinating wider project suppliers, undertaking risk analysis and management, and having complete oversight in terms of quality control.
This role may suit candidates with 10 years’ construction industry experience, and we would also consider ambitious individuals ready for the next stage in their career.
