We’re looking for a proactive assistant project manager to help lead our developments

Working across Europe and with a client roster that includes international names such as Five Guys, Fred Perry, Indeed.com, The Instant Group, and LVMH, there’s always something interesting to be a part of.

You will join us and work alongside our colleagues on a range of projects across Europe.

  • Location: Paris, France
  • Hours: 9AM to 6PM
  • Salary: Based on experience.

We’re looking to add to that, with the appointment of an assistant project manager – an organised and diligent professional:

Here’s what our assistant project manager will be doing:

  • Assist the project manager in the management of the various projects, from the expression of needs to the final validation,
  • Follow the design of the project (client need, functional specification, deliverables, reception criteria...),
  • Participate in design studies and analyse their feasibility,
  • Participate in consultations and analyse offers,
  • Negotiate services with suppliers,
  • Participate in the development of responses to calls for tenders,
  • Manage relations with external stakeholders (client, suppliers, partners),
  • Organize and coordinate the project team according to the specifications (client request, budget, deadlines...),
  • Feed the dashboards to follow up on the tasks entrusted to him,
  • Participate in site meetings with Project Managers, Project Owners and partners,
  • Deliver the project to the level of quality expected by the client,
  • Anticipate risks and hazards on the project and report them to project managers,
  • Communicate on the progress of the project (quality / costs / deadlines) and ensure reporting in support of the project manager,
  • Ensure compliance with the rules regarding all aspects of HSQE and ISO requirements,
  • Participate in discussions regarding the improvement of HSQE rules,
  • Follow up with customers,
  • Participate in end-of-contract reviews and feedback,

What we’re looking for from our assistant project manager :

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as in the construction sector is required

  • A team leader,
  • Flexible prioritize and re-prioritize activities and organization in the face of changes and constraints,
  • Customer oriented,
  • Creative with a great sense of innovation,
  • Rigorous and organised,
  • You know the technical and organizational rules of the art in the field of construction,
  • You have excellent command of French and English; any other European language will be a plus,
