With a headcount of 43 people, eighteen different nationalities, our bilingual team offers the opportunity to carry out turnkey projects for international companies. We are present across Europe with establishments in France, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, the United Kingdom and Luxembourg.


The ideal candidate will have a professional and proactive approach. He will need to have effective communication and experience in negotiation, both internally and externally with clients. This role would be suitable for a candidate with an organized and methodical character, happy to work independently but nevertheless part of a project team.


The offer entails:

  • Location: Luxembourg
  • Hours: 40 hour work week, Monday to Friday
  • In return: Based on experience
  • Compensation package: base salary, annual bonus, ticket restaurant

Here’s what our IT manager will be doing:


  • Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
  • Take responsibility for IT projects and solutions within the larger business initiative
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
  • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
  • Analyse departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions
  • Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions
  • Analyse processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
  • Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs
  • Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
  • Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups
  • Manage user-oriented IT help-desk
  • Manage purchase, inventory and stock of IT equipment


What we’re looking for from our construction manager:

  • Five or more years of experience in IT management
  • Deep knowledge of operating systems (ex: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
  • Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking
  • Fluent English is mandatory; any other European language is a plus
  • Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • Professional certification
