Agilité Solutions’ highlights from 2021

It’s December, which means we’re on the cusp of entering a new year and leaving 2021 behind us – and what a time it’s been as we’ve undertaken — and overcome — numerous commercial interior fitout challenges across Europe.

And, here at Agilité Solutions we believe that while it’s important to look forward and plan for what lies ahead, it’s equally beneficial to reflect on what’s behind us and celebrate achievements — large and small. So, we’re taking our own advice and collating a list of some of our most memorable moments from the last 12 months.

Here are some of our highlights from 2021…

  • The opening of new offices in Italy and Luxembourg
We recently announced our investment of €1million into our European expansion and our goal of 30% growth in turnover and headcount by the end of 2021. This backing of our people and systems is all part of our initial five-year plan and is absolutely critical to our success.
  • Welcoming 12 new recruits to the team
2021 has been a great year for company growth, as we welcomed 12 new teammates to the Agilité Solutions We’re looking to add a few more fresh faces to our line up in 2022 – watch this space…
  • Endeavouring to offset 100% of CO2 on all business travel
We were delighted to join the GreenPerk initiative — a scheme which allows us to counteract all CO2 emissions of our business trips while exploring greener travel options, in line with our sustainability agenda.
While much of our team’s travel across Europe — and beyond — is essential, we are now able to rest easy knowing 100% of the carbon emissions for the company’s business trips are being offset via GreenPerk. And we’re contributing to the building of hydro, biogas, and biomass plants, as well as solar home systems in the process — win win!
  • Publishing our very first guide
Featuring commentary from Gensler, Bush & Associates, BDP, Lunson Mitchenall, and Insider Trends, our straight-talking guide, takes a closer look at what experiential retail really means, who is ‘doing it well’, how data can be used to create a new style customer journey, and ultimately, what the future may hold for our high street. Read it again, here.
  • Redefining our brand with the help of The Engine Room
While our business values have remained the same from day one, as we expand, we’ve started to outgrow the brand identity and – given the driving force behind our business has been to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to design – we’ve been working with our communications partners (Scriba PR) and a strategic brand consultancy (The Engine Room) to take a step back, and truly define what’s next.
Now, the wait begins to see how Agilité 2.0 will take shape as we head towards 2022 – watch this space to see how the future looks for our international team.
  • Collaborating with Indeed.com
Agilité Solutions oversaw the rebranding and refurbishment of seven Indeed.com European offices – amounting to almost 15,000 sqft.
Led by Indeed.com’s employee experience team in Ireland, the London, Paris, Düsseldorf, Milan, Amsterdam, Brussels, and Zurich homes of ‘the world’s leading job site’ have been reconfigured to provide COVID-19 secure workspaces as part of their global return-to-work efforts.

  • Overcoming the challenges of 2021
What a year it’s been, and we couldn’t draft this end-of-year piece without referencing the obstacles we, as a business and a team, have come overcome together. Now, let’s look ahead to 2022 and make it our best year yet.

We’d like to say a massive thank you to our colleagues, customers, and friends of the business for a great year, and we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Please note: our French, Italian, and Luxembourg offices will be closed over Christmas — from Friday 24th December to Monday 3rd January. But don’t worry, work will continue on our various sites, and our construction teams will be on hand to oversee the developments throughout the festive period.
