Collaborative Commercial Project Completed for Iconic Advertising Company
Agilité has just completed the 10-week turnkey fit out of a vibrant new office space for Xandr, part of the global media company AT&T founded by Alexander Graham Bell.
Xandr hit the headlines in September 2018 when the brand was first launched at the Relevance Conference in Santa Barbara, California. With a strong innovative spirit at its heart, it was only right that the company’s new 500sqm space in Brittany, France, was equally as stand-out.
Located on the ground floor of the modern Marygold building in picturesque Quimper, the office took shape based on a concept design from real estate firm CBRE. Collaborating with Immotep Consulting who were appointed to manage the project, Agilité then took care of the turnkey MEP design development, build and fit out.
The scope of works included the office workspace, a reception area, breakout zones, visio conference rooms, bespoke phone booths, a dedicated IT room and the creation of a new disabled shower. An enclosed bike rack has also been constructed in the car park.
To ensure the smooth delivery of the programme, Agilité additionally oversaw the IT, AV and access control works which were implemented by a specialist contractor who flew in from the US.
Commenting on the project, Agilité’s Preconstruction Director, Alexandre Loisy said:
“Quimper is not perhaps the first location you would think of for an organisation expanding their presence in France, but Xandr’s vision has been truly brought to life in this vibrant office transformation project.
“There were many stakeholders involved from the outset, and the strength of teamwork means we were able to deliver on time and to budget. The finished space is fantastic, with the clean lines of the interior mirroring the bold angular building itself. We hope Xandr will be extremely happy here as their international growth continues.”
