Select language overhauls 14,668 sqft of space across seven European sites

Agilité Solutions has overseen the rebranding and refurbishment of seven European offices – amounting to almost 15,000 sqft.

Led by’s employee experience team in Ireland, the London, Paris, Düsseldorf, Milan, Amsterdam, Brussels, and Zurich homes of ‘the world’s leading job site’ have been reconfigured to provide COVID-19 secure workspaces as part of their global return-to-work efforts.

Pan-European construction, fit out, and change management specialist, Agilité Solutions was responsible for bringing the European sites back to life, that provide employees with the option to return to their desks – in one of the safest workplace environments – or remain working from home.

Designed entirely with the wellbeing of colleagues in mind, the 5,250 sqft London office – on Farringdon Rd – saw the two-story building’s footprint modified, with the original workspace and conference room layouts updated and new technology installed. Elsewhere, and spread over seven floors, the 4,375 sqft Düsseldorf sites, on Theo-Champion-Straße 2, included amendments to two buildings – La Vista and Belmundo – covering some 400 workspaces.

As well as logistical support and change management guidance, all seven sites saw Agilité Solutions tasked with rebranding, coordination and supervision of all direct vendors and contractors, creation of new layouts, and the installation of new security measures and entry system designed to minimise cross-contamination of the COVID 19 virus.

Discussing the project, Kirsty Shearer, development director at Agilité Solutions said: “This project was one of our largest multi-location deliveries to date – and involved spinning a lot of plates. Our project team worked tirelessly to cover the indeed re-entry programme, creating a safe space for’s colleagues to return to”.
