Creating a pop-up shop for Fred Perry
Following a successful project delivery on Fred Perry’s flagship Parisian store and a further retail outlet near Frankfurt, Germany, Agilité Solutions was appointed to complete the fit-out of a new pop-up shop in the Designer Outlet Neumünster.
An accelerated timeline meant the end-to-end delivery was completed in under a week, with the scope of works including turnkey project management and fit-out services, on behalf of the client.
Douglas Deptula, project executive at Agilité Solutions, explained: “The pandemic has driven more brands to consider the impact of e-commerce, as well as the uncertainty around what Covid means for the long-term future of retail – and indeed our high streets and shopping malls.

Scope of works: Design coordination, project management, landlord approvals, exterior signage, new decoration and finishes throughout the space, electrical and data distribution and sales floor fixtures.
