Updating Indeed.com’s Italian home
Forming part of a wider project which incorporated deliveries in London, Zurich, Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels and Düsseldorf, Agilité Solutions was enlisted to prepare no less than seven of Indeed.com’s European hubs for the safe return of employees – in the wake of Covid-19-related lockdowns.
The five-week scheme in Italy’s capital included the modification of Indeed.com’s existing 126 m2 space in the busy city centre. Alongside logistical support and change management guidance, the team was also tasked with rebranding, minor decoration, and strip-out work.
Elsewhere, furniture, fixtures, and fittings were examined – and repaired where required – while all new IT infrastructure was also documented. AV equipment was checked, and all ancillary IT cabling, channels, sockets, and telephony were tagged as needed.
In addition to coordinating vendor delivery schedules to ensure no cross-contamination threats, Agilité Solutions implemented COVID precautions – such as Perspex protection screens for the front desk and sanitizer stations – to ensure a safer working environment for those inside the building.
With the client unable to visit the site due to varying travel restrictions across Europe, live progress was shared in real-time via a working document – which was accessed by the Indeed.com global real estate construction manager and employer experience teams.
