Updating’s Zurich HQ

Agilité Solutions was tasked to adapt’s existing 580 m2 office space in Switzerland, to comply with Covid-secure guidelines, while also providing key logistical support and change management guidance.

As part of the delivery – which saw progress across all sites shared in real-time via a working document – the Agilité team handled all rebranding, minor decoration, and strip-out work, alongside any specific building policies, site security regulations, health and safety requirements, waste removal and delivery constraints.

All furniture, fixtures, and fittings were tested and repaired where required, new IT infrastructure was documented, and AV equipment was checked. In addition, any ancillary technical infrastructure was assessed, prior to handover.

Project management work also included coordinating vendor delivery schedules to ensure social distancing could always take place, while other COVID precautions included the installation of sanitizer stations and Perspex protection screens for the front desk.

The project formed part of a wider delivery, which saw Agilité Solutions adapt’s offices in Milan, London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, and Düsseldorf, in order to ensure the safe return of employees in the wake of the pandemic.
