Responsible for analysing the costs of construction projects – including legal, technical, and financial risks – Morvan seeks out the most viable economic solutions during project planning and works closely with suppliers during the procurement phase.
A general engineer by trade and with a focus on the retail sector, Sébastien looks after the management and follow-up of operations – from the consultation phase and calls for tenders, to the attribution, realisation, and delivery of projects. As the first point of contact for clients, Sébastien takes care of performance monitoring, analytical and project monitoring tools throughout a scheme’s lifecycle.

Forming a vital part of the delivery team, Galia is a consistent port of call for clients, and manages the operational flow of projects – from tender stage and initial design, through to construction and handover, while also looking after project budgets and timescales.
Alexandre Loisy has over 20 years’ experience in construction – blending financial and technical project management expertise with a civil engineering background. Involved in schemes from the earliest procurement and pre-construction phases, his thorough economic understanding of projects contributes to the robust, seamless, and cost-effective execution of even the most complex deliveries.
