Artfully minimalist and highly aesthetic, this stunning space is home to men's and womenswear designed by the conscious fashion brand, Stella McCartney. Located in designer outlet, McArthurGlen’s artisan village, La Maison des Métiers d’art, Agilité created an open-plan and sleek space that perfectly complements the tailored and chic tailoring housed within.

Stella McCartney is a lifestyle brand renowned for its sustainable and ethical values. As one of the opening anchors for McArthurGlen’s Paris-Giverny luxury outlet centre, Agilité was contracted to deliver a brand-new space that mirrored the prestige of the brand.

This fit-out was created as part of a wider project, in which Agilité delivered several other spaces for leading brands all located in the outlet’s complex. To meet the tight, four and half month deadline, diligent planning was emphasised — with Agilité assisting from a financial, logistical, and operational perspective. From budget setting and space planning to supply code compliance and procurement advice, Agilité provided support throughout the entire planning process.


Featuring a selective mix of designer outlets, the McArthurGlen outlet hosts some of the most esteemed names in the fashion world and is renowned for offering a luxury shopping experience. Creating high-end shopping experiences is key to upholding this reputation, so this retail fit-out needed to reflect the prestige and glamour of Stella McCartney’s brand. Agilité worked closely with the client throughout the whole project to ensure this, while also coordinating with landlords, client-appointed suppliers, and contractors.


To secure a client-approved delivery, communication with the client and suppliers was maintained throughout. Regular meetings, both on-site and in the office, were organised to keep all relevant parties notified of progress.


This project was successfully delivered, resulting in a highly aesthetic space that meets the client’s branding, all while fulfilling expectations of the luxury shopping experience. Featuring pristine white walls and a stunning glass facade, it is a minimalist yet eye-catching space — an ideal environment to showcase designer fashion.

In line with both Agilité and the client’s commitment to the environment, sustainability was prioritised throughout, with eco-friendly materials being used wherever possible.

Open-plan, airy and artistically designed — this space is the perfect environment for Stella McCartney’s collection — and a complementary addition to McArthurGlen’s luxury outlet.
