28th Oct 2025

European general contractor and certified B Corp, Agilité is continuing its expansion across the continent with a move to a larger German headquarters in Berlin at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 29A, 10178.

Part of Parella Group, Agilité now has its own office within the Pressehaus Podium building – reflecting the pace of growth in the German business. Alongside its Berlin headquarters, Agilité has a presence in Frankfurt and Trier, with projects in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, and Wertheim either live or completed so far in 2025 – amounting to 8,300 sqm of client space.

The team has more than doubled in size over the past six months, under the guidance of country head, Sara Purvis, welcoming a trio of construction managers, a project manager, design manager, and finance manager – adding further depth to Agilité’s delivery capability and expertise in the country.

“Expanding into a bigger office reflects our team’s hard work and the growing demand we’re seeing in Germany – offering a base for both our office and site-based teams,” explains country head, Sara Purvis. “We’re delighted to welcome so many new colleagues in such a short space of time, and I’m excited about the next phase of our journey as we continue to deliver outstanding projects for our clients.”

Agilité has been delivering projects in Germany for several years, and is currently working on office projects for a global entertainment brand and US tech firm as well as a retail rebrand for major name in international sport.

To help deliver this burgeoning portfolio, the team is continuing its recruitment drive in the region too – specifically for a project manager.
