Agilité strengthens leadership team with key promotions and appointments 

At Agilité, we’re committed to growth throughout the business – particularly within our talented team. As such, we're thrilled to announce the promotion of Galia Minkara to country head (France) and the appointment of Louis Gilbert as our new operations director. 

Since joining Agilité as operations director in January 2022, Galia has played a pivotal role in managing complex construction projects, delivering high-quality results and cultivating strong client relationships. Under her new remit as French country head, Galia will oversee all operations in the country, drive business development and ensure the continued delivery of excellence across Agilité’s projects. 

“I am honoured to take on this new role,” explains Galia. “I look forward to leading the team in France as we strengthen our presence in this core market. Together, we will continue to uphold Agilité’s reputation for delivering exceptional projects while fostering long-term client partnerships.” 

Stepping into the role of operations director is Louis Gilbert, who joined Agilité in September from Altarea. Louis – who is based in Paris and will report directly to Galia – will play a key role in managing operational activities and delivering Agilité’s projects across France and Italy.  

“I’m excited to join Agilité during this exciting period of growth and innovation and look forward to working with Galia and the wider team to continue delivering industry-leading solutions for our clients on the continent,” adds Louis. 

Together, Galia and Louis – alongside Italian and UK country heads, Daniel Hunt and Maria Luisa Daglia – will be instrumental in driving Agilité’s operational strategy forward as we begin to plan for 2025.
