We are currently seeking skilled and organised construction managers to lead and oversee projects across Europe.

What it takes to be a construction manager at Agilité

  • Planning and overseeing project work 
  • Developing, managing and monitoring budgets 
  • Assisting with project schedules (design, procurement, deliveries, construction and handovers) 
  • Reviewing execution plans and organising the site (resources, storage, access and supplier liaison) 
  • Coordinating subcontractor work and interventions 
  • Overseeing project progress, leading site meetings and ensuring compliance with budgets and deadlines 
  • Adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations  
  • Maintaining communication between project stakeholders 
  • Addressing issues raised by inspectors or regulatory bodies 
  • Identifying and resolving defects or non-conformities 
  • Preparing and managing punch lists and handover processes 
  • Drafting reports on project progress 
  • Ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues post-handover 
  • Providing regular project status updates 
  • Conducting risk and opportunity assessments 
  • Analysing functional, environmental and technical requirements 
  • Ensuring compliance with HSQE and ISO standards 
  • Mastering design and implementation standards, tools and methods. 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Fluent in English and and any other local language where the candidate is based
  • Minimum five years’ experience as a construction project manager 
  • Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset 
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse environments and people 
  • Strong leadership skills 
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt tasks in changing circumstances 
  • Client-focused with creativity and innovation 
  • Organised and meticulous, with a solid understanding of construction standards and processes
