Plan

Agilité has been selected to create new 750 sqm headquarters in Milan’s Park West business centre. Located on the top two floors of this class A energy-efficient complex, the office meets the highest standards of sustainability, boasting both LEED and WELL certifications. 

Tasked with the complete fit-out, Agilité was responsible for designing the space layout, handling acoustics and installing mechanical, electrical and special facilities. This involved the construction of plasterboard and glazed walls, perimeter veils, CCTV systems and access control, as well as the installation of bespoke flooring, lighting and custom furniture. 

Align

Working closely with the client and project managers Duarte & Baker, Agilité ensured the new office aligned with the company’s vision for innovation, sustainability and employee wellbeing. The space was designed to offer flexibility and collaboration, while promoting comfort and productivity. Warm materials like natural wood, carefully chosen accent lighting and ergonomic furniture were selected to create a welcoming, homely atmosphere that would enhance employee experience.  

Communicate

Throughout the project, Agilité maintained close communication with the client, Interni de Allegri and other key stakeholders. Regular updates and collaboration ensured that all elements of the design and build were executed efficiently. Communication channels also facilitated rapid decision-making – key to ensuring the space remained in line with the client’s aesthetic and functional needs. 

Understanding the client’s priorities, Agilité also ensured that the acoustic performance in both open areas and meeting rooms met exacting requirements, with sound-absorbing wall coverings and high-quality glass partitions providing both style and substance.

Execute

Delivered over two storeys, the fit-out was completed between June and September 2024, resulting in a vibrant, modern workspace. The lower floor includes 35 workstations, semi-private phone booth and a trio of meeting rooms with additional workstations – all focused on operational activities. The top floor features a 180 sqm multifunctional meeting space, break area, and a panoramic 200 sqm roof terrace. 

The three-month project saw Agilité installing modular wall systems, sourcing ergonomic furniture, and delivering acoustic solutions that balance open collaboration spaces with private areas for focused work. Bespoke lighting and green walls further enhance the office’s modern and tranquil ambiance, while the outdoor terrace provides an inspiring view of Milan for the client employees.
