A comprehensive redesign and upgrade of the 1,200 sqm office space, spanning four floors, to enhance functionality and align with the brand's innovative image.
A leading technology company specialising in digital media measurement, data and analytics.
Appointed by long-term partner Facilitate to undertake a design and build project for a trusted technology brand, Agilité joined the project during a period of flux and began by appointing a trusted architect and MEP engineer to reshape the project and create a more dynamic and exciting space. Agilité invested in this change – updating the timeline and assembling a new project team accordingly. The client was pleased with the new direction and team, leading to a renegotiated timeline as they prioritised achieving the desired outcome over meeting the initial deadline.
Spread across four floors and with a tight two-month completion schedule, Agilité treated each floor as an independent project – deploying separate teams to accelerate delivery. And, with the city’s preparations for the Paris Olympics in full-swing, Agilité ensured all major deliveries arrived prior to the end of June to avoid logistical issues during the event – knowing the capital would be on lockdown from July.
Taking an active role in the project, Agilité managed communications in both English and French, ensuring clarity and collaboration across all parties. Effective communication was crucial, particularly given the challenging requirements of the landlord.
Being a tech firm, the client wanted a high-tech feel to its Paris office, resulting in the incorporation of elements that evoke a feeling of being in a forward-looking building vs. a typical city centre office. Given the eight-week turnaround time and leveraging everyone’s design and build expertise, Agilité worked with suppliers to source immediately available materials, even if they were slightly more expensive.
This strategy ensured that high-quality stock items – such as carpet and lighting – were used, meeting the project's tight deadlines. Polycarbonate facades and backlit illuminated signage complemented the integration of multiple technological solutions – including Active Control cameras and IT infrastructure – ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetic coherence.
