A four floor construction project for a global law firm

Set against the vibrant landscape of Brussels, the firm’s brand new office space is set over four floors and features all the necessary amenities that facilitate the organisation’s commitment to excellence.

Agilité adapted to evolving requirements with ease to deliver a successful project at pace while avoiding unnecessary delays. The team took ownership across all aspects of the project’s planning and delivery, including overseeing supply chain control and coordinating with landlords and contractors.

Regular communication was prioritised throughout the five-month delivery with the internal team, subcontractors, and the client. Weekly meetings, complete with accompanying project photography, were held to share key updates, highlight progress and inform plans for the week ahead.

Despite a tight deadline and multiple change orders, this ambitious project was completed successfully and to budget. Striking the perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics, the final office is a dynamic space which includes a mixture of individual meeting rooms, open plan space, a reception area, server rooms, a kitchen and coffee corner — as well as renovations to the lobby areas and bathrooms.
