The expansion reflects the club's commitment to bringing the PSG experience closer to fans worldwide — offering not just football apparel, but a unique blend of sport, culture, and fashion that resonates with diverse audiences.

PSG's partnership with Lids — who managed the development on behalf of the football club — created a dual channel for managing expectations. In this dynamic environment, close collaboration, rigorous planning, and adaptability were essential to the project's overall success.

Align

From a sustainability standpoint, the goal was to retain the essence of the existing interior elements, while infusing the space with PSG's unique brand identity. This approach encompassed switching out conventional bulbs for energy-efficient LEDs, repainting surfaces to refresh appearance, and refurbishing existing joinery materials to maintain a sense of continuity.

Communicate

The success of this delivery was a testament to the power of seamless communication. With PSG's vision at the core, Agilité orchestrated crisp collaboration, ensuring that information flowed from the client through Agilité and onto every subcontractor involved. This meticulous chain allowed for the digestion of crucial details and specifications, ensuring that every facet of the project was executed with pace and precision.

Execute

The entire team, from project managers to subcontractors, worked with laser-focused dedication to ensure that expectations were met. This approach was essential to meeting the unique challenges of the project, including strengthening ceilings and establishing power feeds for digital screens and systems within the space. The result is a store that embodies the essence of PSG's brand and provides fans with an immersive experience they'll cherish.

As a passionate football fan myself, working on PSG's inaugural UK store was a dream come true. The project's highlights, including the innovative holobox that lets customers visualise themselves in PSG shirts, truly brought customer experience to the forefront. Seeing the client over the moon with the finished result was the ultimate reward. It's been an incredible journey for the Agilité team.
