Agilité, has expanded its presence in Spain with a move to a new workspace within Madrid’s Infinito Delicias building – a cultural and multidisciplinary space, supported by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, where sustainability, food, arts and entrepreneurship come together.

Part of Parella Group, Agilité’s new base reflects the rapid growth of the Spanish business following the appointment of country head, Carlos González, earlier this year. Since launching operations in Spain, Agilité has continued to strengthen its local presence through team expansion, active recruitment, and the successful mobilisation of projects across Madrid and Barcelona, supported by the wider European business.
Housed within a former industrial metalworks building, Infinito Delicias is recognised for its ambitious approach to adaptive reuse, sustainability, culture, and community. Its emphasis on collaboration, innovation, wellbeing and low-impact design aligns closely with Agilité’s own values and commitment to responsible business practices.
Carlos González, country head for Spain at Agilité, said: “This move is incredibly significant for Agilité, not only because it gives us a dedicated base in Madrid, but because of what it represents to our clients, partners, and future colleagues across Spain. Responsible operations are at the core of what we do, so finding a workspace that genuinely aligns with our values around sustainability, collaboration, and community was incredibly important to us.
“Infinito Delicias is a unique environment with a strong sense of purpose and creativity, which reflects the way we want to grow our business in Spain. Since launching here earlier this year, we’ve already expanded the team, secured projects in Madrid and Barcelona, and built momentum in the market. This move gives us an exciting platform for the next phase of our growth.”
Unlike traditional office environments, Infinito Delicias has been designed as a collaborative ecosystem bringing together businesses, creatives, entrepreneurs, and cultural organisations under one roof.
Kirsty Shearer, operational excellence director at Agilité, added: “As a business, we’re very intentional about the environments we choose to work from. Infinito Delicias isn’t simply office space – it’s a community built around creativity, sustainability, and collaboration, which strongly reflects our own values as a business. As we continue to grow across Europe, it’s important that our teams have a genuine local presence in the markets they support. This move represents another important step in Agilité’s long-term commitment to Spain.”
The move follows a strong period of growth for Agilité across Europe, including the recent opening of its Berlin office and continued expansion across Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the UK.
