In turn, this is giving rise to an office model which is open to creativity and interaction – prompted in part by the co-working revolution.
From being all-but-empty immediately after the pandemic, and then ‘the great downsizing’, now businesses are looking to create more enticing workplaces in a bid to encourage staff to venture into HQ – and attract new colleagues, too.
