  • Assisting in the verification of subcontractor execution plans, preparing and organising the site (including necessary human and material resources, storage, access, permits and utility networks)
  • Helping to design and organise subcontractor tasks and interventions
  • Supporting site coordination, monitoring project progress, leading site meetings, and ensuring budgets and deadlines are adhered to
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to Agilité’s internal hygiene, safety, health protection, and environmental policies
  • Acting as a liaison between project stakeholders (clients, design offices, execution teams, service providers) and ensuring feedback from control organisations is incorporated
  • Assisting in identifying and rectifying construction defects or non-conformities during execution
  • Creating snagging lists during project handovers
  • Drafting site reports for the tasks they oversee
  • Supporting the resolution of snagging issues, ensuring they are addressed within the agreed timeframe
  • Assisting in documenting project progress with external parties (subcontractors, architects, clients, bailiffs, etc.).

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • A can-do attitude: Self-determined, persistent and confident in handling new situations and challenges
  • Adaptability: Adjusting behaviour to suit different environments, situations, and people
  • Interpersonal skills: Tailoring communication style to different stakeholders to ensure effective interactions
  • Team leadership: Ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
  • Flexibility: Reprioritising activities and organisation in response to evolving constraints.
  • Customer focus: Maintaining a client-oriented approach
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyse and synthesise information
  • Creativity and innovation: Ability to generate innovative solutions
  • Rigour and organisation: High attention to detail and structured approach to work.

What we can offer in return (depending on location):

  • Internship allowance
  • Meal vouchers
  • 50% contribution to travel expenses from home to site/office
  • Employer-supported health insurance
