At Agilité, we're looking for a motivated Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing UK team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting high-profile workplace, retail, and hospitality projects delivered for leading international brands across Europe.

Working alongside experienced Supply Chain, Procurement, and Project Management professionals, you'll learn how to manage supplier relationships, support procurement activities, coordinate material deliveries, analyse supply chain performance, and contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities.

Supplier and procurement support.

  • Support the procurement team in sourcing materials, goods, and services for construction projects.
  • Coordinate and support the organisation of supplier forums, fostering collaboration and effective communication with key suppliers.
  • Assist with supplier communication, quotation requests, and purchase order processing.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support supplier performance monitoring and data accuracy.

Supply chain coordination

  • Assist in coordinating the timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
  • Track orders and monitor delivery schedules to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Support the resolution of supply chain issues, delays, and shortages.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics activities.

Data analysis and reporting.

  • Collect, analyse, and maintain supply chain and procurement data.
  • Prepare regular reports on supplier performance, costs, lead times, and delivery metrics.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Excel-based tracking tools and dashboards.
  • Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Systems and process improvement.

  • Use ERP and procurement systems to manage and track orders and supplier information.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Contribute to data validation and process documentation.
  • Explore innovative tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve efficiency and reporting.

Stakeholder support.

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure supply chain activities align with project requirements.
  • Support ad hoc requests, analysis, and reporting from internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings with suppliers and project teams when required.

Qualifications.

  • Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Good analytical and organisational skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Interest in procurement, logistics, supplier management, and construction projects.
