Project delivery and site management.

  • Select subcontractors, lead negotiations, and manage procurement and planning
  • Ensure quality, cost and programme targets are consistently achieved
  • Review drawings and schedules, contributing where required to improve buildability
  • Monitor daily site progress, anticipating challenges and maintaining momentum
  • Mobilise required technical experts and coordinate interventions
  • Manage all aspects of works contracts, including technical, administrative and financial elements

Financial and contractual control.

  • Oversee financial and contractual management to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain cost control, forecasting and variation management
  • Manage contractual correspondence, claims and commercial risk
  • Ensure delivery on time and within the agreed budget

  • Act as Agilité’s primary on‑site representative and main point of contact
  • Coordinate effectively between technical teams, control office, clients, consultants and subcontractors

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all key stakeholders

Health, safety, quality and environment.

  • Apply HQSE regulations across all project activities
  • Comply with company health and safety policy and ISO accreditations
  • Ensure subcontractors meet all safety, health and environmental requirements
  • Embed health and safety considerations throughout planning and execution

Process management and reporting.

  • Communicate relevant project information clearly and promptly to teams
  • Analyse and support production processes to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Monitor and report against key performance indicators
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes

Leadership and people development.

  • Identify team strengths and development needs
  • Support training plans and capability development
  • Conduct regular assessments and contribute to performance management
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable and delivery‑focused culture

Skills and experience.
