Agilité is recruiting an experienced project manager to join its Madrid team, delivering high‑end commercial interiors and fit‑out projects across Spain and wider Europe. This is a senior, highly operational role with full responsibility for projects from early pre‑construction through to handover.
Reporting into the European delivery structure, you will represent Agilité on site and with clients, taking ownership of technical, financial, contractual, safety and delivery performance. The role requires a confident, resilient professional with deep construction knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex projects in demanding, international environments.
Agilité is a pan‑European commercial interiors and fit‑out specialist, operating as a general contractor across multiple European markets. We deliver office, retail and hospitality projects for international clients, combining strong local delivery with centrally coordinated expertise.
Known for our resourceful problem‑solving approach, Agilité works collaboratively with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to deliver sustainable, high‑quality projects that meet exacting operational and commercial standards.
Candidates without significant commercial interiors or fit‑out project experience are unlikely to be suitable.
Agilité is a multi‑cultural and multi‑lingual organisation that prioritises continuous professional development, wellbeing and long‑term career growth.
We support training and compliance through a structured training matrix, regular updates reflecting industry changes, and company‑wide events focused on development and collaboration. Employee health and wellbeing is a priority, with access to occupational health services, mental health support and workplace ergonomics guidance.
If you are an experienced project manager based in Madrid and motivated by delivering pan‑European commercial interiors projects with real ownership and responsibility, we would be pleased to hear from you. All applications will be treated in strict confidence. Apply below, or for more information, contact careers@agilitesolutions.com.
