The first quarter has been all about sustainability, collaboration, and celebrating success across our project locations. Our teams have been busy making an impact — both in and out of the workplace — through B Corp-led initiatives and major project handovers.
We’re also excited to welcome Sara Purvis, our new country head for Germany, as we continue to expand our presence in the region. With new leadership in place, we look forward to strengthening relationships, expanding operations, and delivering more outstanding projects in Germany.
With new spaces coming to life, there’s plenty to share from the past few months. Read on to see what we’ve been up to!

Tiziana Golia, Anna Filippi and Simona Pollara connected with fellow B Corps in a fun and informal environment, partnering with organisations that share our vision. And it wasn’t just about networking either — it was an experience, full of meaningful conversations about the issues that matter to us and Generation B.
MAP’s team is currently in the Sundarbans mangrove forest, collaborating with the Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) to conduct a Community-Based Ecological Mangrove Restoration (CBEMR) workshop (watch the video, here).

Led by IT manager Ian Peksa, Agilité’s March instalment of its ‘Lunch and Learn’ focused on raising awareness of the environmental impact of digital waste. Colleagues set aside a half-day in March to clean up their digital footprint as part of our sustainability efforts.

Our operational excellence and sustanibility coordinator, Scott Tortosa attended a seminar focused on data management hosted by IMS in Kirchberg, Luxembourg. It gave a closer look at dataflows, GDPR, reporting, compliance, and a closer look at the pros and cons for AI. This insightful workshop also provided valuable AI training for users, including best-practice frameworks for implementation and control. Having formed an AI committee here at Agilité, we’re looking forward to putting what we learnt into action.

This past quarter we braved the cold for a tree-planting day alongside Des Enfants Et Des Arbres – February 4. This meaningful day of volunteering in Eole en Beauce - Centre Val de Loire was part of a wider community event with the non-profit organisation, to support an agroecological programme.
"Agilité is so friendly, and it was so enjoyable spending time together doing something meaningful!" – Meena Bhogal, MACE.
Juanjo Oller, Aurore Lossier, Sandja Wesséme Kawe, and Marwan Morcos ran the Paris Half Marathon on March 3, with Solidarity Bibs for Secours Populaire, supporting those in need.
A few days later, Aurore joined Galia Minkara and Ahmed Senhaji at Gensler’s ‘empowering women’ day – an event focused on DEI initiatives, highlighting five strategies for building an inclusive future.
The Luxembourg team has been busy too, with Guillaume Agudo and Fabio Duarte travelling to Copenhagen for HYROX on March 14, raising funds for Médecins Sans Frontières Luxembourg.
Guillaume also joined Luxembourg country head, Andrew Zacharias for a British Chamber of Commerce event geared around Internal Women’s Day, with delegates celebrating female leadership in construction and beyond.
We learnt, listened and laughed a lot over two days at the Workspace Design Show, with colleagues from the UK and Luxembourg joining the delegate list. Plenty of food for thought.

Scott Tortosa attended an event hosted by IMS Luxembourg - Inspiring More Sustainability, looking back at key achievements from 2024 and reviewing the strategy for 2025.
As a new member of the IMS network, we're excited to be part of this community and contribute to its overarching mission for a sustainable future. Scott was there to represent us and connect with other organisations. We’re looking forward to working together on sustainable business practices and leveraging the resources IMS provides.

Galia Minkara, France country head, had the pleasure of presenting Agilité to 200 new engineering students from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie (ESTP), in Paris. She shared insights on the industry and future opportunities.
The first quarter was indeed full of significant advancements and teamwork, from industry events and community participation to environmental projects. As we continue to grow, we’re eager to strengthen partnerships, embrace new opportunities, and make a lasting impact. Stay tuned for more updates.
