Adding upgrades and efficiencies to a financial firm’s Luxembourg HQ

Agilité Solutions was appointed to transform 3,300sqm of space within the Airport Center Building in Fidel, on behalf of a leading financial institution. The upgrades were in line with a refreshed visual identity which included the introduction of a new, elegant style to the office.

Agilité was responsible for the complete refurbishment of the main workspace, staff café, and meeting rooms – but to add an extra layer of complexity, the client’s existing footprint was split across several building floors and wings – meaning the space felt a little disjointed.

Delivered in 24 weeks, the brief also called for a clear commitment to both the client’s and our own sustainability roadmap. Therefore, we recovered and reused ceilings tiles, while other elements were also salvaged – including existing glass partitions, floor boxes, and office furniture.

The brief centred around unifying the spaces across two floors – as the reception area, client suite, and meeting space were all moved onto one single floor, while staff workstations and restaurants moved onto the same level. As part of the delivery, works included strip out, flooring, electricity, data, HVAC, sanitary, painting, joinery, partitioning, and procurement.
