Full-concept office transformation for Deloitte in Zurich

A full-concept and detailed design for Deloitte’s office in a landmark building in central Zurich, the brief tasked Agilité with meeting strict client requirements within multiple budgetary and programme constraints.

The 12-week programme saw Agilité handle design elements of the project, alongside general contracting, construction management, cost planning, and other auxillary elements.

Ensuring clear – and regular – lines of communication, the project also called for careful internal stakeholder management, furniture procurement advice, as well as local expertise in relation to the required permit management, local authority and statutory service provider liaison. What’s more, Agilité’s localised approach leant itself to the required local maintenance supplier research – and ensuing appointment and management.

Delivery also included an audio-visual suite, client facing meeting and conference rooms, cafeteria and breakout spaces, plus cellular and coworking office layouts. And, upon completion, all original requirements of the brief – across budgetary and programme restraints – were satisfied.
