Fitch Ratings Inc. was looking to overhaul its 450 sqm office space in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, in order to provide a more suitable environment for colleagues.
Fitch Ratings is widely known as one of the ‘big three’ credit rating agencies in the USA.
The eight-week project saw Agilité Solutions manage the fit-out of the existing open-plan workplace, which was remodelled into a flexible space comprising of four individual offices, five phone booths, and three meeting rooms.
As well as bringing the client’s vision for the space to life, Agilité also prepared the site – located on Avenue Victor Hugo, Paris – for its new-look interior, by carrying out all strip-out works.
With the team having adapted the existing HV power and voice data image networks to support the new layout, Agilité also managed the supply, delivery, and positioning of office furniture, storage spaces – including lockers – and audio-visual equipment.
Completed in August 2021, the refurbishment included the creation of air-conditioned spaces and several mobile partitions, the replacement of all floor coverings, and installation of a mobile wall – including necessary reinforcements.
Elsewhere, the team took care of the repainting of existing walls and installation of acoustic wall coverings, as well as the creation of fittings – including a fully-equipped kitchenette, cupboards, and work surfaces.
