With over 1,500 restaurants across the globe, Five Guys (France) appointed Agilité Solutions to deliver its vision for a new 500 sqm eatery in the Les Halles shopping district, Paris.

The US fast food chain was looking for a turnkey construction partner to strip out and refurbish its latest location, which was to be capable of seating up to 120 diners at any one time, and include a large outdoor area for increased footfall during peak summer months.
Agilité was chosen not only for its proven ability to work within strict brand guidelines, ensure consistent deliveries, and uphold customer expectations across borders, but because Five Guys had previously been impressed by the work of our country manager (Italy), Maria Luisa Daglia.
The cross-country collaboration saw Agilité bring together a ‘best in class’ network of suppliers for the project – including HVAC global D&B company Chapman Ventilation Limited – and the chain’s own branding agency, Black Sheep, based in London.
As part of the delivery, Agilité managed the collaboration of all involved to handle delivery a turnkey solution, which included the design, strip-out, procurement, construction, and fit-out works, as well as overseeing the required planning regulations and permissions, supplier management, and above all – upholding the brand consistency that Five Guys is known for.
