A refurbishment project for LVMH and French first lady, Brigitte Macron.
The Institut des vocations pour l’emploi (LIVE) provides training for young adults who dropped out of the education system – and is funded by Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy SE (LVMH).
The 12-week renovation project – funded by Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy SE (LVMH) – was designed to create a ‘hub’ for unemployed adults to access coaching and advice to help them find a job or training that they genuinely enjoy.
In preparation for the opening of the Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi’s (LIVE) new school in Valence, Agilité Solutions was appointed to manage the refurbishment of the 650 m² space.
The scope of work included creating the necessary spaces to deliver everyday school activities, including the creation of four classrooms – one of which is an 85m² space dedicated to masterclass courses.
Elsewhere, Agilité Solutions created a cafeteria, kitchen space, and 60m² library, alongside four private offices for teachers to prepare their courses or take a break during the day. Designed with a minimalist style, ventilation was hidden inside a wooden false ceiling – with a slatted design in-keeping with the look and feel of the space.
Founded by French first lady Brigitte Macron, this is the second LIVE institute. The first, in Clichy-sous-Bois, Paris, saw fit-out work overseen by Agilité Solutions ahead of its opening in September 2019.
