When luxury jewellery house Messika opened its newest retail space at Galeries Lafayette Paris, Agilité was trusted to deliver - on time, on budget, and to the exact standard the brand demands.
Messika Founded by Valérie Messika, the Maison has redefined fine jewellery for a new generation and earned its place in the world's most prestigious retail destinations.
Respecting Messika’s planned opening date was essential to satisfy the client. This required careful collaboration with Galeries Lafayette’s subcontractors, and existing infrastructure such as air conditioning and fire safety coordination.
Agilité prides itself on close collaboration with partners, and it was no different working on this project. Keeping a regular presence on site, studying the client’s branding, utilising teamworking tools such as Procore and being trusted to make the right decisions was central to staying aligned with Messika’s vision for the space.
Agilité ensured communication with the client happened daily. As well as face-to-face communication, project monitoring and reporting, Agilité also handled project publicity via branded hoarding, and photography coordination throughout.
Agilité was able to deliver the time on and within budget for the client. Living up to Messika’s glittering presentation and service, Agilité was able to deliver high-quality defect clearance management, general contracting, quality control and project and construction management.
