Delivering a fast-track retail refurbishment for Pepe Jeans within Berlin’s busy Mall of Berlin.

Agilité prepared a fast-track delivery strategy to complete the refurbishment of the Pepe Jeans store within a one-month programme. Early planning focused on coordinating architectural and MEP works while aligning with the operational constraints of the Mall of Berlin, including strict logistics procedures, delivery schedules and waste management protocols. 

Working closely with the client and mall management, the team ensured the works aligned with the brand’s retail design requirements and the landlord’s operational guidelines. Careful coordination between contractors, suppliers and mall representatives allowed the project to progress efficiently despite the tight programme. 

Operating within an active shopping centre required constant communication with mall management to coordinate deliveries, site access and waste removal. Regular updates ensured all stakeholders remained informed and allowed the team to quickly address any adjustments requested by the client during delivery. 

Agilité completed the 164 sqm refurbishment between October and November 2025. The works included drywall installation, painting, MEP installations and flooring protection following installation. Through disciplined planning and strong coordination, the project was delivered on schedule with a high-quality finish while minimising disruption to the mall environment.
