Agilité Solutions was appointed to manage the interior office fit out of an entire floor – totalling 1,500 m2– in a BREEAM-certified CitySide building.

Delivered on behalf of The Instant Group – this project marked the fourth time Agilité Solutions had worked alongside the workspace innovation company.
The project brief entailed refurbishing, adaptation and modifications to the existing MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering) within a Netherlands office.
The project scope included new mechanical and electrical systems for the office space, as well as the design coordination, procurement, and installation of all workplace furniture and custom joinery.
The team also managed the supply and installation of flooring and decorations, as well as the development of a new IT/communications room, and the coordination of AV and meeting room systems for seven conferencing spaces.
Located in Amsterdam city centre and intended for an international end-user client, work was completed in just 12 weeks.
