Plan

As well as relocating various teams and satellite offices into one single address in the centre of Paris, UNOFI’s brief was to showcase the firm’s asset management capabilities – and how it can create value.

Align

Agilité Solutions was appointed to deliver a Cat B fit-out of the 4,500 m2 space – which involved creating an auditorium, informal meeting areas and corporate conference rooms, dedicated office floors, client suites and a high-end restaurant.

Communicate

With the project located in the heart of the capital, Agilité Solutions’ expertise in managing end-to-end logistics was a key success factor in the success of this delivery – particularly in line with city-wide restrictions in response to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

The centrepiece of the delivery was a double-storey lecture theatre, which required a state-of the-art AV installation – as well as significant structural modifications to the site. The impressive meeting space also benefits from a fire-rated glass section in the roof, to maximise natural light in the room.

In terms of the finishes, the reception area and auditorium walls were covered in acoustic fabric or wooden cladding to create a warm and cosy feeling, while a lighting specialist worked alongside the team to make 105 bespoke LED pendants.

Execute

Taking five months to complete, the mechanical installations within the eight-storey building were upgraded to house large boardrooms on the upper floors – which could seat up to 40 people at any one time.

The office space, meanwhile, now features a mixture of individual offices and small open spaces – seating eight people at the most – with partitions constructed from a mix of veneered and glass panels, the latter of which feature a decorative metallic mesh in order to give privacy with a feeling of superior quality.
