Something we’re really proud of at Agilité is our commitment to aligning our purpose with our actions. We consciously make an effort to operate ethically and sustainably – whether that’s reducing our carbon footprint or looking at ways to support local communities – and are dedicated to making a tangible difference.
As a certified B Corp, we belong to a community of for-profit companies committed to redefining success in business. But, the B Corp Certification is more than a mark – it’s a way of seeing the world – and leading for good.
Today marks the start of B Corp month, and the global campaign message for 2025 centres around ‘Generation B’ – capturing the attitude of change to show audiences how we’re creating a better future, today. This year’s campaign manifesto states:
It’s something that resonates well with our European organisation – particularly within our young workforce which genuinely cares about the world around them, and the legacy they’ll eventually leave behind. With eight locations throughout the continent, we strive to collaborate with local B Corps wherever possible – be it as a construction partner or supplier, through to catering our events and printing business cards.
Throughout the month, our teams in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, the Netherlands and UK will be marking the occasion with several local initiatives. As a company, we’ll also be taking part in a ‘digital clean-up’ – a globally-recognised event marked on 15 March – in a bid to improve our collective digital hygiene skills so that we can reduce wasteful digital practices.

A leader in real estate advisory and transaction management and the transformation of workspaces, The Parella Group, has acquired a majority stake in European construction company and certified B Corp, Agilité.
Agilité has experienced unprecedented growth since its inception in January 2018 – delivering office, retail and hospitality projects in over 12 countries for clients that include Hogan Lovells, General Motors, The Social Hub, Costco Wholesale and LVMH.
With collective turnover exceeding €135 million in 2024, the newly-formed group – backed by Qualium Investissement, a Paris-based private equity firm with €2.1 billion in funds under management – is anticipating 20 per cent year-on-year growth.
The deal brings new expertise, a broader customer base and a wider geographical reach via eight European offices – Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, the Netherlands and the UK. Agilité and The Parella Group’s clients, colleagues and contractors will have access to best-in-class local knowledge and technical support during project deliveries. This acquisition reinforces The Parella Group's commitment to sustainable development (recognised by ECOVADIS), and is bolstered by Agilité’s B Corp certification.
“It was important that Agilité joined a group with similar values and ambitious growth plans. The Parella Group is well-respected within France’s corporate office sector. Having initiated its internationalisation a few years ago, it’s known for helping companies of all sizes and industries to build powerful real estate strategies and great spaces,” explains Neil Coales, managing director of Agilité.
“Many of these clients are also looking to work internationally, and with bases in eight European countries, we are perfectly poised to support such expansion throughout the continent. With the backing of The Parella Group’s in-house specialists, we collectively have access to more opportunities and ideas, and Agilité can deliver much larger projects too.”
Michael Kaplan, partner at The Parella Group concludes: “Agilité’s growth throughout Europe over the past six years has been incredible, and the reputation it has built up amongst its peers is confidence inspiring. Effective since 2022, the merger of the two organisations is set to gain further momentum as the exchange of ideas and strategic opportunities accelerates – with Agilité seeing a net increase of 20 per cent in both negotiated and tendered opportunities.”

Agilité's European senior leadership team (L-R): Cormac O'Sullivan (operations director), Galia Minkara (operations director), Neil Coales (MD), Charles Delhaye (financial controller), Kirsty Shearer (development director), Daniel Hunt (UK country head), Naomi Felix (human resources manager), Alexandre Loisy (pre-construction director).
Leading European construction company and certified B Corp, Agilité, is expanding its international presence with the opening of its first UK office. The investment comes as the firm is targeting sustained 20 percent year-on-year growth, in a bid to see turnover reach €100 million within the next three years.
Providing office, retail and hospitality construction and fit-out work across the continent, Agilité’s burgeoning client portfolio includes brands such as Lululemon, Fred Perry, General Motors and Hogan Lovells. Recent UK projects include Alo Yoga’s first UK store, Lids’ country-wide retail roll-out, spaces within the groundbreaking The Social Hub in Glasgow, an opulent UK home for jewellery brand Mejuri and Costco’s new food court in Chingford.
Now in its sixth year of trading, Agilité’s 1,800 sq ft space in Farringdon is furthering the commercial interiors specialist’s commitment to growing its international business – with the UK arm having been established in 2019. Agilité UK’s turnover reached €1.5 million in 2022, increasing to €5.5 million in 2023 – with the firm targeting €11 million in 2024.
Agilité directly employs nine people in London, including UK country head Daniel Hunt – former regional director at Aecom – and newly-appointed commercial manager, Nicholas Perry, who moves from his previous role as commercial manager at ISG.
“London is still the major financial capital of Europe, and the market here is huge – not just in corporate office space, but in retail, leisure and hospitality, too,” explains Neil Coales, Agilité’s managing director. “That’s why many US brands that want to ‘crack’ Europe will arrive in London first.
“Agilité is by no means ‘new’ to the UK – having delivered over 35 projects here in the last 18 months – but we want to be able to offer pan-European fit out services that understand the local market, economy and supply chain because we’re living and breathing it, too.”

“Not only is Farringdon one of London’s most fashionable areas to live and work, it’s arguably one of the city’s best-connected areas – both domestically, and for our head office in Paris,” explains Daniel Hunt. “While we’re no stranger to the UK market, this bricks and mortar investment in our British home is a direct response to demand and sees us poised to support clients, both new and existing, as they pursue their own growth ambitions.”
Earlier this year Agilité became a certified B Corp – one of only two in the UK’s ‘contracting and building’ sector. With other existing bases in Paris, Milan, Berlin, Brussels and Luxembourg, as well as a planned expansion into the US, Agilité’s project delivery portfolio now spans 12 countries.
