Martina Mariani is a seasoned senior project manager specialising in retail and office fit-out construction management. With over 15 years of industry expertise, Martina has successfully led and delivered more than 300 high-end retail projects across Europe and fit-out projects in Italy. She has played a pivotal role in the expansion initiatives of renowned luxury and corporate brands, overseeing both design and construction teams.

With 11+ years of architecture experience, project manager Simona Pollara specialises in retail and hospitality construction management. Her proactive approach, leadership skills, and attitude towards problem-solving mean she is ideally-placed to coordinate the moving parts during project delivery – ensuring the successful execution of each phase.

With a master’s degree in architecture from the Politecnico of Milano University, Simona also holds a ‘master of project management’ qualification from IlSole24Ore in Milan, and is fluent in Italian, English and French
