Daniel Hunt to join BisNow’s forthcoming retail real estate event

Agilité UK country head, Daniel Hunt is set to share his expertise as a panellist at BisNow’s upcoming event, Driving Footfall: Retail & Mixed-Use Real Estate.

Taking place on September 11^th at 1 Wimpole Street, the home of the Royal Society of Medicine in London, the morning conference promises to be a key gathering for those looking to understand the evolving dynamics of retail and mixed-use developments.

Setting the scene, BisNow says of the event; ‘The retail landscape has been undergoing significant changes, with the rise of e-commerce, shifts in consumer behaviour, and the growing importance of experiential retail. The day – which runs from 08:00 to 12:00 – features three separate panels, with Daniel joining  ‘A deep dive into retail and leisure: customer demands and tenant trends’ alongside Tim Wilks (director at Lane7), Andrew Hilston (managing director with The Ardent Companies) and moderator Charles Elgood (partner at Maples Teesdale).

Exploring how mixed-use developments can drive footfall by blending retail with other functionalities, from residential spaces to leisure and entertainment, some key questions the panel will be looking to discuss include:
