We're hiring a graphic designer to help with our project proposals.

Agilité is looking for a proposal graphic designer to join our proposals team and support the development of high-quality design and build tender submissions across Europe.

This is a highly visual, detail-focused role, and we are looking for someone who can help translate complex commercial interiors briefs into clear, professional and client-facing proposal documents, including technical layouts, space planning visuals, test fits, mood boards, diagrams, infographics and early-stage 3D concepts.

The successful candidate will work closely with our preconstruction, design, project, bid and marketing teams to create compelling tender materials that support successful proposals across corporate office fit-out, retail and hospitality projects.

Working with Agilité:

Agilité is a growing commercial interiors specialist, delivering office, retail and hospitality projects for international clients across Europe. Our client roster includes global names such as Eurostar, Nespresso, General Motors, Pepe Jeans, and Oliver Wyman.

We are known as the resourceful problem solver – a trusted partner that anticipates challenges, finds practical solutions and delivers high-quality spaces through a culture built on honesty, ambition and trust.

With 86 full-time employees across France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and the United Kingdom, our international team supports turnkey projects for brands expanding, relocating or improving their spaces across the continent.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our customers, partners and the people who use the spaces we deliver. We want colleagues to thrive in an atmosphere of togetherness, where different perspectives, backgrounds and ways of thinking are valued.

About the role.

The proposal graphic designer will play a key role in shaping the visual quality of Agilité’s design and build tender submissions.

You will support the creation of early-stage design concepts and proposal graphics, using a mix of traditional design software, technical understanding and AI-powered tools to develop test fits, mood boards, conceptual visuals and presentation-ready documents.

You will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working to tight deadlines. This role will suit someone who enjoys fast-paced bid environments, can work with evolving or incomplete information, and understands how clear visuals can help explain a project strategy.

Key responsibilities.

  • Produce high-quality visual content for design and build proposals, including space planning layouts, test fits, mood boards, conceptual 3D visuals and renders.
  • Create clear, presentation-ready graphics for tender documents, bid submissions and client presentations.
  • Develop early-stage layouts based on client briefs, area schedules, project requirements and design principles.
  • Support narrative clarity through plans, diagrams, icons, infographics and visual storytelling.
  • Adapt, improve and refine visuals quickly to meet tight bid deadlines.
  • Ensure proposal visuals align with Agilité’s brand guidelines and the wider bid narrative.
  • Develop and maintain templates for proposals, presentations and recurring bid documents.
  • Use AI design and visualisation tools to support faster production of test fits, renders and concept imagery, with manual refinement to ensure a high-quality final output.
  • Collaborate with the preconstruction team, bid managers, interior designers, architects, project teams, marketing and brand colleagues.
  • Incorporate feedback and make iterative improvements throughout the bid process.
  • Support international proposal submissions across office, retail and hospitality projects.

What we’re looking for.

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in architectural visualisation, proposal graphics, technical graphic design or a similar role.
  • Experience working within design and build, architecture, workplace design, commercial interiors, real estate or construction environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, with experience creating polished, proposal-level presentations.
  • Experience producing test fits, mood boards, early-stage layouts and conceptual 3D visuals.
  • A good understanding of space planning principles and workplace design trends.
  • Strong visual awareness, layout skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to turn technical or complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Confidence working across multiple deadlines, teams and bid submissions.
  • A proactive, organised and flexible approach.
  • An interest in AI-driven design tools and new visual workflows.
  • Fluent English.

Experience supporting international bids would be beneficial. Proficiency in an additional European language, such as French, German, Spanish or Italian, would also be an advantage.

Benefits (depending on location).

  • Annual bonus.
  • Health insurance.
  • Private pension.
  • Quarterly team-building events.
  • Annual ski trip.
  • Energetic and dynamic working environment.
  • The opportunity to work remotely two days per week.
  • Purpose-driven work with a focus on making a positive impact.

Working with Agilité Solutions

We’re a growing organisation that creates spaces where people can live, work, and play.

With a solid reputation as a general contractor and fit-out company – for both tertiary and commercial spaces – we strive to include sustainability into our building processes. Our ethos centres around futureproofing our projects – and at the heart of that is our diverse team.

We’ve built a reputation as ‘the resourceful problem solver’ – a trusted partner which anticipates, and mitigates, issues before they arise, and one which is built on a culture of honesty, ambition, and trust.

There’s no denying that the commercial interiors sector is often complex, especially when working on a continent-wide scale. We’ve therefore built a network of best-in-class professionals, suppliers, and consultants, experienced in delivering high quality space planning, design, build and construction services.

Agilité is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team of experts that will reflect our customers and users.
