Kirsty’s multifaceted role underpins Agilité’s responsible growth plan and global operational strategy – ensuring the organisation remains focused on and committed to its long-term vision and values via a cohesive approach to people, property and projects.
Having worked across all major projects since the firm’s inception, Kirsty’s deep-rooted belief in Agilité’s purpose and principles sees her tasked with developing and implementing consistent HSQE and ESG attitudes throughout the multi-lingual, multi-cultural organisation. It’s this passion which saw Agilité achieving B Corp certification, in late 2023.
Alexandre Loisy has over 20 years’ experience in construction – blending financial and technical project management expertise with a civil engineering background. Involved in schemes from the earliest procurement and pre-construction phases, his thorough economic understanding of projects contributes to the robust, seamless, and cost-effective execution of even the most complex deliveries.
Heading up our Luxembourg division, Andrew Zacharias plays a key role in growing our business in the country. Overseeing the strategic and operational management of our activities, Andrew will take the lead in cementing team structures, building relationships, and upholding Agilité’s reputation for high quality project deliveries.
An architectural design and technology graduate, Andrew has almost two decades of fit-out experience in both the retail and office sectors, having worked in planning and project management, as well as country head for the Luxembourg and Frankfurt branches of his former company.
Our London-based country head for Agilité’s UK division, Daniel Hunt, maintains complete oversight of UK operations — securing new contracts, building new relationships, and continuing to grow our diverse client portfolio.
Daniel boasts decades of industry experience working in the retail, leisure, commercial fit-out, public and residential sectors, and has a proven track record of delivering successful budgetary control, project supervision, and quantity surveying services for clients across the country.
As country head for Agilité's French division, Galia Minkara oversees the strategic and operational growth of the company within the French market. Based in Paris, Galia is a trusted point of contact for clients and brings extensive experience in delivering high-quality office and retail projects – both in France and internationally.
In her leadership role, Galia oversees the full lifecycle of projects – from tender and design stages through to construction and handover – alongside coordinating Agilité’s business development activities and supporting the expansion of the client portfolio across France.
A trained architect, Maria Luisa has specialised in project management since 2014 – with a wealth of general contractor experience. Within the growth strategy of Agilité Solutions, Maria Luisa Daglia supports the development of the company in Italy and Europe. And, thanks to her considerable international experience and transferable skills, she is able to create value for both clients and stakeholders, managing the delivery of ongoing projects, as well as coordinating and supporting the expansion plans of the client portfolio.
As country head for Agilité's German division, Sara Purvis leads our strategic and operational growth throughout the country. Based in Berlin, Sara brings over 25 years of experience in developing projects, particularly in the commercial office and retail sectors, and a strong network of service providers, consultants and landlords – expertise that is invaluable as we expand our presence in Germany.
A chartered surveyor with a degree in urban planning and a certificate in construction project management from the RICS, Sara’s background encompasses a diverse portfolio of projects including office, hotels, residential properties, healthcare and neighbourhood development throughout Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic and UK.
Cormac is known for his open and honest communication with clients. His ability to oversee the supply chain, and unwavering commitment to zero defects on completion, truly sets him apart from the norm. He is thorough, organised, and focused on attention to detail, and brings with him a wide knowledge of the various professional trades required to ensure a seamless, timely, and successful project delivery.
With over a decade of experience in the real estate sector, contributing to the development, design and construction of complex buildings worldwide, Louis Gilbert brings a 360° understanding of the industry’s value chain to his role as operations director. Louis is committed, efficient and agile, excelling at the development of strategic visions within complex multidisciplinary environments – ensuring their successful execution.
Based in Paris, Louis is responsible for overseeing Agilité’s operational activities throughout France and Italy, working closely with clients and partners to deliver projects that meet the highest standards. Being both chartered engineer and architect, his expertise spans project management, architectural design, real estate development and construction – making him a key player in driving operational excellence throughout the business.
From assisting with general HR administration duties and onboarding new team members, to assisting with training and development needs, Naomi is the first port-of-call for anything office-related, and works alongside the IT support team, maintaining databases, managing office supplies. Plus, handling incoming requests from suppliers, consultants, colleagues, and clients means that no two days are ever the same.
Charles is responsible for managing Agilité’s day-to-day business finances. Holding a master’s degree in business engineering, he also works closely with the operational team to allocate financial resource, while also training colleagues in best-practice management methods. Having oversight of budgets throughout the entire project lifecycle, Charles has open dialogue with project managers to ensure invoices, commitments, and complementary valuations are in-line and to-plan.
