Transforming the 14th floor of the Park West tower in into a modern, high-performance workspace with meeting rooms, phone booths and collaborative areas.

HOFI is Italy’s leading funeral infrastructure operator, delivering high-profile services for major brands, institutions and private clients.
Agilité invested heavily in the preconstruction phase, working closely with architect GBPA and HOFI’s senior stakeholders – including CEO, HR and legal teams – through weekly in-office workshops over a three to four month design period.
This collaborative approach allowed every element of the project to be fully defined before construction began at the Via Bisceglie 66 site, from spatial planning and occupancy requirements (circa 40 workstations) through to materials, finishes and colour selection.
By resolving all key decisions upfront, the team eliminated uncertainty during delivery, enabling a highly controlled construction phase with minimal variation and no redesign on site.
Alignment was achieved through direct and continuous engagement with HOFI’s leadership team, ensuring the workspace reflected both operational needs and the client’s brand positioning. The design prioritised enclosed offices over open-plan areas, creating a more private and controlled environment suited to HOFI’s client interactions and high-profile nature.
Where adjustments were required — such as refinements to finishes — Agilité presented alternatives and samples in person, enabling fast decision-making and reinforcing trust in the team’s recommendations. The layout integrates meeting rooms, phone booths and collaborative areas, balancing privacy with functionality to support both internal operations and client interactions.
Communication was structured and disciplined throughout. Procore was used as the primary platform, with a single point of contact on the client side to streamline approvals and avoid duplication.
Weekly meetings were held during delivery, increasing in frequency during the design phase to accelerate decision-making. Clear, consistent email communication supported rapid issue resolution, while avoiding unnecessary channels ensured efficiency across all stakeholders.
Strong messaging around teamwork and shared accountability was reinforced with the supply chain, ensuring all parties remained aligned and focused on collective delivery.
Agilité delivered the project between December 2025 and March 2026, completing the fit-out on programme despite coordination challenges with the building’s systems provider. The scope included partitions, high-quality joinery, glass installations, finishes and workplace environments configured to support approximately 40 users.
Delivered within a live, multi-tenant building, the project required careful coordination with ongoing operations. Clean detailing, acoustic treatments and integrated lighting were implemented throughout to create a comfortable, high-performance working environment. A consistent site approach – led by the construction manager – ensured quality and progress remained controlled throughout, reducing the need for intensive project management presence on site.
The completed headquarters provides a refined, discreet and highly functional environment, reflecting both the sensitivity of HOFI’s work and the expectations of its high-profile clientele.
